3 Not bad, could be better by brianpeaden

Pros: The material covers a wide array of topics relating to the CE. It was great to take a subject that I was already familiar with and flesh out the concepts and ideas.

Cons: The presentation is awful. The speaker pauses for upwards to 45 seconds at times as you sit in silence waiting for him to speak. During one of the practicals, he can be heard talking to someone off mic. One of the practicals is missing information, making the questions difficult to answer. There were problems with several questions on the exam. Three of the questions were missing information, making them impossible to answer. One question did not have the right answer as a choice. ICOR was able to address these problems and I was able to take the exam again, but it still was an added level of anxiety.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I found the course material very informative and offered me a better understanding of the CE, but the presentation was underwhelming.

Pros: The cla** is well structured. Good material, instructor obviously works in the CE and knows the material. Easy to understand and follow along with the handouts. Cla** is great no matter how long you have worked in the CE. Information that will enable me to ensure the CE is more prepared and flexible.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Was able to learn many things that can be applied each day in the CE. Gained many new ways of looking at an issue.
